Description: Kedarkantha Peak is situated in Uttarkashi's Govind Wildlife Sanctuary. It offers a breathtaking 360-degree panorama of many peaks from the Yamunotri and Gangotri ranges, including Swargarohini, Bandarpoonch I & II, Black Peak, and Ranglana. It may be reached year-round at an elevation of 3810 meters, or 12,460 feet, with the exception of July and August. "Lord Shiva's throat" is how the peak is named; Shiva is represented by Kedar (?????) and the word throat is represented by Kantha (???). Must Read: The Kedarkantha Peak Route
